The heart and beauti are BACK at BeautiControl! As I start my 24th year with this amazing company I am encouraged by the direction and return to an emphasis on customized skin care, color and style, along with spa pampering for the mostcomplete offerings of any direct sales cosmetic company. For most of my years with BeautiControl I built the business with a “core” party that emphasized skin care and glamour. I repeated it over and over again for years. I had a system for the before, during and after! On this foundation I built a National team upwards of 5000+ consultants, leaders and directors.

I am so pleased to present to you that “system”, refreshed and updated to reflect current trends in the market place and the direct sales industry! There is no secret, just a proven system that if you work it from beginning to end, repeatedly you can realize your dreams with BeautiControl. Please resist the urge to change it, fix or fiddle with it… just use it and do it over and over again.

I have always said, “you must give this business at least six months of heart, effort and practice, before you make a decision about your success”. You will experience great highs, failure and challenges, but the rewards will be great. Rewards like contributing an extra $500, $1000 or more to your household budget. Beauti / Spa Party – System – Before

Prepare -Your Calendar - Take a moment to review your personal calendar. Make sure you have added important dates; kids activities, volunteer commitments, family events etc. Determine what dates you have available to party. Mark those dates on your calendar with a “red star”. You might want to consider two dates a week that are your party dates, Tuesdays and Fridays, or whichever days of the week are best for your schedule. The most successful consultants hold a consistent schedule of TWO parties a week. Make sure your calendar is compact enough to take with you every where. You might even want to print off a monthly calendar that you could put on a clip board to pass around at your parties.

Your Hostess Packets - Use the beautiful full color envelopes that you can order from corporate. Item # 18900 for just $5.00 (20 envelopes). Pack up at least EIGHT of these to have ready to give to your hostesses that book a party. I like to leave the eight sitting on my desk, so that every day I think about who and how I am going to give a hostess packet to! When you are out of bookings you are out of business. lncude the following items in your hostess packets…

Your Party Bag - Everything you need can be packed in a small carry on sized suitcase. Included in our Party script is a list of products and tools needed to conduct the spa. Download the script and use the last sheet as a reference to update your bag.

Your Lap Boards - Essential to your success at the party is a “lap board” for everyone attending. These boards contain the important materials needed to “close” the party. Purchase white notebooks that have a clear protector on the front and back. Using an exacto knife (on a cutting board) carefully cut the front and back off the notebook. You now have two lap boards. Your Party Planner - Take these recommended steps to insure that your invites are sent in a timely manner, your hostess is kept informed and prepare for the follow up after the party.

Conduct the Party - Use the script to conduct your party. Refer or even read directly from the cards. When your guests see you using the cards they will think, “if she can read off the cards, so can I”. Your willingess to not be too formal will help set your hostess and guests at ease. Most importantly make sure YOU are having fun. They will want to book with you after having such a fun, informative time with YOU. (Set you printer to print two on a page.)

Customized Hostess Profile - Your hostess will complete the skin condition anaylsis, color and style anaylsis on line at your Beautipage before her spa. You can build her a portfolio with her results printed out. Use a small notebook with page protectors or a simple file works great. Make sure to include your contact information. Below is a cover page that you can customize with her information to slip into the clear cover of a notebook. Have prepared to present to her at her party!
